RETURN, REFUND and CANCELLATION POLICY


  1. This policy
    constitutes a legally binding and enforceable agreement between the Company and
    the user(s) interested in buying products on the Platform (www.sparebros.com)
    and shall expressly supersede prior written agreements with you.

  2. By using the
    Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by this policy. Furthermore, when
    purchasing any product, you agree to abide by all applicable guidelines
    policy(s), which are subject to change from time to time and without any prior
    intimation. In case you do not agree to this policy, you may not use or access
    or stop your use or access to the Platform. You are expected to read and
    understand this policy before using the Platform.

  3. All items listed
    on the Platform are returnable within a 10 calendar day period starting from
    the day of delivery except for items explicitly identified as
    non-returnable/non-refundable. We are not obligated to perform under this
    policy in case of non-compatibility, non-applicability and misjudgement of
    products from our platform.

  4. Returns/Refunds
    shall be subject to the following terms & conditions:
    • 1.
      That the request for return and hence refund
      has been raised within a return window of 10 day calendar period starting from
      the day of delivery.
    • 2.
      That the
      product(s) are returned in its original condition along with its original
      packaging box with MRP tag sticker label intact and not tampered with, user
      manual, warranty card and all accessories therein and with no signs of use,
      damage, scratches, grease or dents and in a resaleable condition.
    • 3.
      That if the
      product(s) has been received damaged, the return request is initiated within 1
      calendar day of product delivery. In this case, the return window shall not be
      applicable. In the unfortunate event that the product received was damaged, we
      recommend taking a video/pictures of the product and sharing it at info@sparebros.com

  5. Customer(s) can
    initiate a return/refund request in the following ways:
    • 1.
      The customer is  required to send an email to info@sparebros.com with the subject line ‘Return/Refund request’. The
      email must contain the Order ID, reason for return/refund request, appropriate
      photos/videos in case of delivery of damaged product.

  6. While returning
    the package, the customer should make sure that the product(s) are repacked
    properly to ensure it doesn’t get damaged in transit. In case of damage during
    reverse transit, we shall not be liable for any refunds returns whatsoever.

  7. In the unlikely
    event that we are not be able to arrange the pickup of such items, we may ask
    you to self-ship the product(s).

  8. If you are
    shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or
    purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your
    returned item.

  9. Shipping and
    gateway charges commission are not subject to refund. The cost of return
    shipping may be deducted from the amount refundable to you.

  10. If your return
    claim is rejected, we will send back the product(s), if and only if the
    customer requests. The customer will be responsible for paying all related
    shipping costs.

  11. All requests for
    returns, refunds will be examined and validated for genuine and legitimate
    reasons.

  12. A refund shall be
    initiated/issued to the original source payment method within 5 to 7 working
    days (If you do not receive the refund within this timeframe, please contact
    your bank) of receiving the products at our facility in the unlikely event that
    the user receives a different product being delivered, damaged product,
    overpriced over its Maximum Retail Price.

  13. Please note that,
    • 1.
      In case of
      requests for order cancellations, the Company at its sole discretion, reserves
      the right to accept or reject requests for such order cancellations for any reason
      whatsoever, without being liable to show cause to the customer(s). As part of
      usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has
      not been processed by us, we shall endeavour to cancel the order and refund the
      same amount paid by the user within a reasonable period of time.
    • 2.
      Under no
      circumstances shall the Company’s liability exceed giving the customer a
      replacement of the same product(s) or service(s) and/ or an alternate product
      or service of the same monetary value.
    • 3.
      No returns will
      be accepted if there is any damage/defect which is not covered under the
      manufacturer’s warranty.
