SHIPPING POLICY

1.      This policy constitutes a legally binding and enforceable agreement between the Company and the User(s) interested in buying products on the Platform (www.sparebros.com) and shall expressly supersede prior written agreements with you.

2.      The Company provides the Platform for its User(s) to search for required product(s), subject to this policy. By using the Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by this policy. Furthermore, when purchasing any product, you agree to abide by all applicable guidelines policy(s), which are subject to change from time to time and without any prior intimation. In case you do not agree to this policy, you may not use or access or stop your use or access to the Platform. You are expected to read and understand this policy before using the Platform.

3.      Orders will typically be shipped within 0-3 days or the date agreed upon during the confirmation of the order. However, in some cases, shipping may be delayed due to unavailability of products with suppliers or due to factors beyond our control. In such an event, the Company will ensure that the customer is notified.

4.      The Company does not ship internationally, but hopes to offer this service in the future.

5.      The estimated delivery time of 1-10 days is an indication and the Company will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control or by the courier/postal services.

6.      Customer(s) will have to bear a minimum shipping/delivery cost of Zero depending upon the product(s) which is informed at the time of making purchase. The shipping/delivery costs are not fixed and shall vary depending upon delivery/shipping location/pin code provided by the customer(s) or other issues that might affect timely delivery.

7.      It is the Customer/User’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the item.

8.      The Company takes no responsibility for any problems experienced with the delivery of the product(s) (such as theft or product missing in transit). Should you find yourself in such a situation, you can reach out to us for assistance and we will attempt to find a satisfactory solution.

9.      If a customer refuses to accept an order after it has been dispatched/shipped/or put in transit, the product(s) will be processed as return; cancellation for such product(s) is acceptable only until the product(s) has not been shipped and not thereafter.

10.   The Company shall not be obligated to refund the price of the product(s) if the customer refuses to accept the order at the doorstep for any reason. If a re-delivery is required/requested, the customer will be charged an additional fee.

11.   The Company reserves the right to change/update/improve its policies at any time without prior notice.
